Refund / Cancellation Policy
We offer fully insured shipping internationally via FedEx for all online orders shipping to addresses with a flat rate of $150 US on each order. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
- How long will it take for my order to ship?
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (backordered, made to order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date.

It’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 2-3 weeks from today's date, but be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page.
We do our best to have every piece on our website available to you within a week of your order; however, due to the nature of our product, this may not always be possible. If the piece (or size) you have ordered is out of stock, you may special order it.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return within 1 week of delivery. The item must be shipped to us in it's original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping charges.
We cannot accept a return of any item that has been altered from the condition in which it was mailed out.
Please allow a short processing period to fill your refund.
